Tata Communications Looking for Senior Product Manager at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India Full Time

Purpose of the role

This role is within the InstaCC vertical of Tata Communication. InstaCC is Tata Communication’s Contact Centre practice. This portfolio is 1.5 decades old and is continuously evolving as market needs keep on changing. The hired candidate will be responsible for 2 new, SaaS product lines within the portfolio. These products are in early incubation stage. Ideal candidate would be a dynamic product manager with high empathy, business acumen, strong hold on customer conversations and has showcased a quick learning curve

Location : Bangalore and Chennai

Qualification and Experience

• 5+ years of product management experience in Product company, preferably in CCaaS/ CRM products
• MBA in Business Management
• B.Tech in Computer Science or Telecommunications Engineering

Responsibilities

• Become the custodian of the products, conduct demos (internally and externally), support growth product managers in identifying and onboarding the first few customers
• Conduct market research and work with existing CCaaS customers to ideate the strategy and roadmap of the product
• Write product features, concept notes, functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, build and prioritize product backlogs, and work in cohesion with Engineering/ vendors, Testing, Design and Technical Writing teams to ensure successful development
• Develop billing methodologies and business cases for the product along with finance to ensure a healthy P&L
• Guide/ Liaison cross-functional teams like operations, billing, delivery etc on customer onboarding readiness
• Work with Marketing on product positioning, artefacts, go-to-market activations and represent product in global forums
• Impart training sessions to sales and pre-sales on your product lines and take continuous feedback from sale and customers for building the product
• Develop product partnerships with external OEMs for joint GTMs
• Identify potential integration opportunities with the larger portfolio and own the execution
• Dabble in new age technologies like AI/ Analytics etc to mature the product
