Sales and Business Development
Develop sales plans to achieve annual target, Monitor target achievement on Funnel, Order book and Revenue by account.
Engage with key customers to understand their technical requirements and budgets.
Identify opportunities proactively and share benefits of TCTS solution with customer.
Prepare Cost benefit analysis with internal team and pitch to customers.
Work with cross functional teams to prepare a right Techno commercial proposal for customer requirements.
Focus and follow-up on implementation and revenue realization with Delivery organization.
May have to involve in regional projects, product development, learning programs etc.
People with Account Management, Pre-sales, Operations experience preferred.
Experience :8-12 years in sales preferably in the telecom industry.
Education : Any Graduate. MBA will be an added advantage.
Good Communication and Presentation Skills Manadatory, Must be Team Player.
