Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles, helping team to find, hire quality candidates & co-ordination with consultant for the hiring process.
Write and post job descriptions on relevant platforms, especially social media
Ensuring the complete closer of profile from sourcing to final selection.
Ability to communicate with candidate (verbally + written)
Prepare paperwork and schedules for smooth new-hire onboarding process to deliver an exceptional first-day experience
Handle all administrative tasks.
Assist in employee absence and health issues, grievances, and all other employee-relations matters.
Assist payroll for attendance & leave inputs ensuring proper salary disbursement on timely manner. Resolve the related issues or escalate them to the appropriate authority.
Knowledge about the Performance Management System
Knowledge about the different types of letters to be issued to employee.
Knowledge about statutory compliance related to PF, ESIC, LWF, Maternity, Bonus, Gratuity, CLRA and dealing with local authorities.
Well versed with the factory setup, having knowledge of various acts related to the factory, resolving employee issues, industrial relations, settlement
