Job Title: Customer Support / Technical Support (International & Domestic Voice/Non-Voice)

Location: Bangalore (Various Locations)

Shift Timings: Rotational Shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound customer calls for international/domestic clients.
• Address customer queries and provide support for products/services or technical issues.
• Resolve customer complaints with a positive attitude and a customer-first approach.
• Maintain high-quality standards for service delivery and ensure smooth process flow.
• Escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets as required.

Qualification And Skills Required

• Educational Requirement: Minimum 12th pass or graduates (varies by role).
• Experience: Freshers or candidates with 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or technical support.
• Language Proficiency: Strong command of English, and regional languages (based on process requirements), including Tamil, Telugu, and Hindi.
• Technical Skills: Typing skills and proficiency in basic computer applications are preferred for non-voice and technical roles.

Requirements

• Good communication skills (spoken and written).
• Ability to work in rotational shifts and handle pressure during peak hours.
• For technical roles: Basic knowledge of troubleshooting and technical service handling.
• Strong customer orientation and problem-solving abilities.

Salary

• Salary ranges from ₹18,000 to ₹38,000 based on the role, experience, and client.
