Hiring for One of the leading General Insurance Client Location-Mumbai Key Responsibilities: – · Designing and sharing MIS and Analytics for sales manager and senior Management to steer renewal in desired direction · Excellent at Managing Renewals for Motor, Health and IPA products · Monitor performance and achieve the targeted retention rate and budget across all Distribution channels and line of business. · Liaising with Key stake holders and Intermediaries and managing their Renewal Business Expectations –Distribution channels, OEM. · High level of interaction/coordination with the Intermediaries and Sales team on regular basis. · Renewal budgeting, collation of performance and organizing MIS · Analysing lost case reasons and implementing action plans to correct the same.
Preparation of R&R and strategies to meet renewal objective · Handling data analytics and strategy designing to augment performance of all the products. Also monitor its successful implementation across all branches · Design and implement strategies to increase the Retention% across products identify automation needs. · Coordinate with various departments in our organization (Compliance, Legal, OPS, IT, DWH & UW) to drive various digital projects. Required: Critical Competencies: – Expert in Excel, Good Communication skill (verbal & written), Collaboration and teamwork, critical thinking and problem solving, PowerPoint Candidate Profile: – General insurance industry candidate, with 5+ year experience into renewal management, total experience 9+ years
