A 28 year old Advertisement Agency Having Head office in Mumbai Andheri East is Looking for the Head of Digital Media .

Media Group Head -1 Opening

Location : Mumbai Andheri

EXP: 5-10 years

Ctc: 10-15 lack pa

* Strategize digital media campaigns aligned with business goals of the

clients.

* Present the strategy for client’s approval and ensure implementation

through the team

* Manage end-to-end digital media accounts.

* Maintain a sustainable and strong company voice through regular client

consultation and team coaching

* Liaise with Client’s teams and internal teams to ensue seamless

operations on a day to day basis and be the custodian of the agreed KPIs

of the media accounts.

* Help the team with media planning, strategy and optimization as a leader.

* Suggest the leadership teams ways to improve and optimize revenue

potential of the media accounts he/she is responsible for.

* Monitor ROAS/ROI/KPIs and ensure adherence to it as per agreed targets.

* Stay up-to-date with digital media developments and new trends in

media.

Must haves

Proven work experience in the Digital Media team as a specialist of at least one

function as his/her forte.

An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines.

Should be a team player and essentially a leader.

Must have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Digital Media with an agency.

Should be a good communicator with a pleasing personality to interact with

leadership teams across clients and the agency.

Must have hands-on experience to manage team (of at least 2-4) and should be

able to demonstrate success of at least 1 performance under his/her leadership

of a client.

Should be ready to work in a start-up under tight deadlines and small team.

Must have good presentation skills and should be able to write media

presentations for client and agency’s interactions.

Should be good with numbers and a data driven person so as to ensure stronger

insight creations for the team to optimize and stratrgize to
