Talend Developer Full Time

Open Source ESB [ Talend ESB //Apache Camel ]
Core Responsibilities

• 5+ years with Talend ESB with Apache Camel experience is MUST.
• 5+ years of development experience with Talend Product Suite, preferably Talend ESB using Apache Camel EIP.
• 1 year working with Containers for deployment and management.
• 3+ Java/J2EE, spring framework, spring boot microservices is MUST.
• 5 years of experience working on project(s) involving the implementation of solutions applying development life cycles (SDLC)
• 2+ years of experience in database technologies
• Experience utilizing open source technologies such as Kafka, Docker, relational and NO SQL databases, to build cloud based products.
• Experience with integration development using REST APIs and message queuing / integration platforms such as Apache Camel and Kafka.
• Very good knowledge and strong working experience on Apache Camel and Maven Projects builds.
• Good Knowledge and Experience on Enterprise Integration patterns using Apache Camel integration framework.
• Core knowledge on EAI and ESB is a plus.
• Should be able to support Apache Camel integration project post production.
• Knowledge of rule bases systems is good to have. [Drools, JBPM, IBM]
• Familiarity with earlier messaging systems like JMS, IBM MQ or Active MQ, Kafka is good to have
• Responding to all stakeholders with required application details as requested
• Reporting &amp Metrics on response &amp resolution SLA of Incidents
• Issue and Risk Log monitoring.
• Code Reviews and fixes.
• Appropriate Unit testing test plan and results documentation.
• Code Coverage.
• CIT/SIT and other testing support activities.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

• 3-5 years of Talend Build/Deployment Experience
• 3-5 years of ETL, SQL and PL/SQL experience
• Experience working with various data source like Oracle, SQL Server, MS-Access, SharePoint.
• Should have very good understanding &amp knowledge about Talend Fabric Suite.
• Good communication skills
• Team player and having a positive attitude

Required Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, CIS, or related field and 5+ years of experience in software development or a related field. Additional equivalent work experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.
• 5+ years of experience working on project(s) involving the implementation of solutions applying development life cycles (SDLC)
• 3+ years experience working with Talend ESB
• 5 years of core java application development experience
• 3+ years with on premises / cloud implementations Open Source Integration Solutions
• 1+ year Open Shift, Kubernetes and Managing Deployment of Solutions
• 1+ year Google, Azure Cloud Technologies (Integration, Cloud Management)
• 2 years working with Containers (Docker) for deployment and management
• 5+ years of experience in database technologies
• 5+ years of experience working in a large matrixed organization
• 5+ years of experience working with an IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework
• 5+ years of experience working with application and integration middleware
• 5+ years of experience working with defect or incident tracking software (e.g., HP Quality Center, Remedy)
• 5+ years of experience working with source code control systems.
• Establish and enforce technical standards for deliverables of projects
• Strong communication skills
• Retail Industry Experience a Plus
