Job Title: HR InternDepartment: Human ResourcesLocation: Mohali, PunjabRole DescriptionHR Intern Officer Responsibilities include processing employee data, updating company policies and talent acquisition. To be successful in this role, you should have solid organizational skills and be familiar with HR functions. Talent Acquisition responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures and hosting or participating in career events.Job Responsibilities· Maintaining physical and digital personnel records· Creating and distributing guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies· Respond to employees’ questions about benefits (for example, number of vacation days they’re eligible for)· Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs· Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. job portals and professional networks)· Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews· Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events· Head hunting, and managing job postings of social media platforms.· Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics like total number of hires by departmentSpecific Skillset Required· Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)· Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role· Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)· Excellent verbal and written communication skills· Basic knowledge of labor legislation· Experience using spreadsheets· Organizational skillsJob Types: Full-time, Internship, FresherSalary: Up to ₹8,000.00 per monthBenefits:Paid sick timePaid time offSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental Pay:Performance bonusEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Work Remotely:NoCOVID-19 Precaution(s):Remote interview processTemperature screeningsSocial distancing guidelines in placeSanitising, disinfecting, or cleaning procedures in place
