Expert in recruiting the people, according to the company policy through various sourcing modes like various Job portals (Naukri, Shine, Monster), Social Media, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Consultant etc.
Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives.
Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.
Ensure compliance with labour regulations.
Employee administration & support.
Identify ways to improve policies and procedures.
Offer proactive recruiting assistance.
Exit interview, clearance from various departments, full and final settlement of employee dues and processing relieving documents.
Analysis of Exit Feedback.
Determining training needs of organization, based on discussion with vertical heads and management.
Handling Grievances, solving issues and queries, sending birthday cards, organizing events.
Conducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verifications.
