Our Client a leading Logistics services Provider (3PL/C&F, 4PL, Inventory Management Logistics, Reverse Logistics, Last Mile Deliveries, Just In Time Deliveries and Cold Chain) requires (GM- Supply Chain) for their office at Makarba area of Ahmedabad

Job Position: Key Operations / Supply Chain Manager (GM – Supply Chain)

Qualification: Master Degree or Equivalent, Supply Chain Educational background will be an added advantage.

Experience: 5-8 years of relevant experience preferably from Supply Chain Industry.

Office Timing: 10:00 AM to 8:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Gender: Male

He has to handle Gujarat, Maharashtra and Karnataka states

Job Description

• He will be responsible to manage operations of around 25 warehouses ( allocated for MNC Companies) within Gujarat, Maharastra & Karnataka States.
• He has to handle around 25 warehouse managers & 400 warehouse staff of diffirent locations.
• He has to travel within Gujarat, Maharashtra and Karnataka states as & when required.
• Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excellence in MS Excel is must)
• Hands on experience on Supply Chain Management Software (SAP Module / ERP)
• Critical Thinker and problem solving skills
• Advanced written and verbal communication
• Good at time management and People management
• Refined ability to delegate responsibilities and provide leadership and training to Key Personnel
• Possession of key competencies, including conflict management, business negotiation, organisation and decision making.
• Plan and implement overall supply chain strategy
• Suggest solutions for process improvements
• Build and develop relations with clients / vendors
• Provide constructive feedback
