Description
Position: Accounts Receivable Co-ordinator (Project Setup Team)
Duties & Responsibilities
Experience in ProjectContract Set up and Maintenance
Creation of ProjectsContracts for Revenue Generating Entity
Know some of Revenue Recognition Methods including
Time & Material,
Percentage of Completion,
Fixed Fee,
Volume based and etc.
Creating and Maintaining project code set up and link them to contract, as requested by Project manager,
Reaching out to appropriate stakeholders to provide end to end project transfers
The configuration of System Attributes (rate plan etc) aligning projects and tasks throughout the life cycle of the project
Understanding of various close systems under Compliance with Operational, Revenue and Financial Close outs.
Leveraging reporting tools to review various aspects of ProjectContracts set up
Monitoring User Support Mailbox while answering questions and resolving issues.
Communication thru proper channel to maintain Compliance
Maintain Activity, Sub Activity and other project related requirementsattributes
Assignment of employees to project or project activities to maintain Time Entry Analysis and Compliance.
To open and close the project basis stake holder requests and compliance basis end to end reconciliations
Communication with Project Managers for inputs and various aspects.
Understanding of project costing reports
Qualifications
Candidate AttributesEssentials:
Good to have experience of using PeopleSoft / Oracle R12 ERP system,
Good to have experience navigating with Oracle R12 project costing module,
Must be a Quick Learner, Adaptable, Flexible basis business requirements and reliable
Experience of working in a multi-currency environment
Strong Oral and Written Communication skills while working with colleagues/clients in other countries
Attention to detail and accuracy
Desirable:
Minimum of 1-2 Years of experience in any O2C process. Project setup / Contract setup experience is preferred
Strong Excel skills – at least intermediate level
