Full Job Description
Essential Responsibilities:
Ensure that staffing needs are met on a timely manner.
To screen and interview candidates, conduct HR interviews and initiate offers for all new hires.
Completing the joining requirements of selected candidates and initiating BGC process.
Maintaining MIS tracker and presenting Hiring dashboards on monthly basis.
Creating a strong pipeline through hiring vendors, employee referrals, portals and direct walk-ins.
Set performance goals and objectives with hiring vendors ensuring that the best candidates are hired.
To work closely with Universities for Campus hiring and hiring alternate Talent pool.
Is highly accountable, with a track record of delivering on expectations and commitments.
Demonstrates sound problem solving and decision-making skills.
Excels in communication and project management skills.
Establishes strong relationships and nurtures a robust professional network – both internally and externally. Actively utilizes social media sites to create and leverage a solid network
Act as a SYF Brand Ambassador to support sourcing and recruiting efforts, utilizing the SYF People Brand Toolkit.
Employ a strong professional network to find candidates internally and externally – focus on talent, experience and diversity
Engage new hires in the SYF culture.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Master’s degree in Human Resources from an accredited university with minimum of 4 years of experience in the staffing function
Good communication and interpersonal skills, well connected and intellectually curious individual
Ability to multitask and willing to work in tough timelines.
Good Knowledge of MS office.
Flexible to work in shifts
