Accounts Executive

Department: Accounts and Finance

Experience: 2 – 3 Years

Qualification: Graduate

Location: Mumbai – Goregaon

CTC: 25,000 – 30,000

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Preparing purchase orders / proforma invoices / Sales Orders / sales invoices
• Review and verification of purchase/sales and expense invoices and payment requests
• Recording invoices into the accounting system
• Match Invoices with Purchase Order / Sales Orders (where applicable)
• Posting transactions to journals, ledgers, and any other records
• Preparing and processing electronic transfers and payments
• Updating bank entries
• Reconcile the vendor / Customer ledger to ensure that all payments / Receipts areaccounted for and properly posted.
• Update and maintain vendor / Customer database in a timely manner in co-ordination withrespective departments.
• Perform vendor / Customer statement reconciliations.

Key Skills:

• Knowledge of SAP HANA preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and Tally.
• Experience of GST and TDS.
• Solid understanding of basic accounting and accounts payable / receivables principles
• Accurate data entry skills
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Good communication and drafting (email) skills.
• Ability to prioritise and multitask.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Trading / Retail industry experience preferable
• Must be a CA Dropout
• Males Preferred
• Age not above 35 Years
• Immediate Joiners required
