Associates in this role get to:
Be the point of contact: Provide technical support to customers who have issues with their Lenovo devices such as computers, laptop, tablets or cellphones. Provide technical resolution remotely or escalate the issue to a higher tier. Provide instructions to customer in cases of warranty and direct the customer to an authorized Lenovo technical support facility.
Consistently deliver: Achieve client’s and internal KPIs. Discover and provide a personalized solution that includes home services such as DirectTv, internet and additional wireless lines.
Qualifications:
Our most successful candidates will have:
Bachelor’s degree (is a plus)
Experience of working in a customer-centric environment (is a plus)
Technical school in a computer field (is a plus)
Native Spanish
Technical knowledge in computer related fields (software, hardware, OS, troubleshooting)
Positively work in a fast-paced, changing environment
Multitask ability and have excellent organizational skills
Ability to be articulate, bright and curious
Passion about service
