Supreme Logistics Hiring for Operations Executive Job at New Delhi Full Time

Responsibilities:

1. Daily calls to clients and brokers for loading schedule and orders

2. Coordination with Drivers for timely loading and unloading

3. Daily tracking of all trucks

4. Issuing cash and diesel to drivers from fuel stations

5. Maintaining driver account, fuel and cash taken by drivers

6. Collection of weight slips and POD (proof of delivery), courier to clients

7. Supporting repair team in job sheets and monitoring repairs

8. Supporting repair team for en-route repairs and other issues

9. Liaison with accounts team for collection of freights

10. Submission of daily and monthly reports

Skills:

1. Strong communication skills

2. Team work

Education:

1. Graduate

2. Comfortable with MS Office (Excel and Word)

3. Should be fluent in Hindi and English (Read and write)

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

Salary: ₹12,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month
