Go on daily rounds and meet HODs and employees.2. Birthday wishes of employees.3. Enquire for any concerns/grievances and resolve the same.4. To observe / interact with employees to know about their behavior /work efficiency and attitude.5. Develop, implement, and monitor training programs within an organization.6. Coordinate and Conduct Departmental training.7.Ensure that all employees are trained for ACLS / BLS / Fire & Safety.8. Supervise technical training for staff.9. Conduct orientation sessions.10. Create testing and evaluation processes.11. Evaluate needs of company and plan training programs accordingly.12. Assist with the development of strategic plans.13. Training records to be filed in personal files14. Coordinating and Conducting training programmes & taking feedbacks.15. Providing orientation, induction to new recruits16. Follow up for effectiveness of training17. Follow up for identification of training needs18.
