Maintenance of employee database / Updating Leave Records in softwareWell versed with Spine Payroll and Spectra softwareFollow up of Confirmation Records statutory obligations – PF, Professional Tax, Gratuity, Bonus etc.Validation of Salary Statement.Handling the full and final settlement of the employees.Arranging & conducting Interviews/Initial screening the candidates/ helping in recruitment processes.Record keeping of all outsource employees.Conducting various welfare activities /Community initiatives programs – organizing & participation.Prepare and submit all relevant HR letters/ documents/ certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the managementEnsure statutory compliances for PF withdrawal, Annual returns, Monthly challans, Shop & establishment license, labor law and record information on a timely basis.Engage with employees on a regular basis to understand the motivation levels of people in the organization.Prepare Training planner, coordination with other departments for training, maintaining Training Data on regular basis.Etc.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹13,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per monthBenefits:Health insuranceSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental Pay:Yearly bonusApplication Question(s):How many years of HR’s Experience you have?Education:Master’s (Required)Language:Gujarati, English, Hindi (Preferred)
