SunEdison RSC aims towards being a singular platform that provides rooftop solar solutions based on cutting edge Solar PV technologies, to a large number of consumers in the Residential and Small Commercial (SMEs/ MSMEs) space against their energy demand. In addition to the green energy solutions, SunEdison also enables annuity based EMI option which has always been a pain point in the Residential and Small Commercial segment. A proper combination of high-end solar PV technology, supply of quality products and services and collateral-free finance options make the product easily accessible and affordable for home owners and small commercial owners.
Position Summary: This position “Hub Sales Manager”is dedicated to SunEdison RSC BU and responsible for entire sales, BD and marketing of a particular hub and different satellites of that hub. He/She shall have the Community Managers handling each center reporting to him/her as well as the Sales Head of the BU.
A“Hub Sales Manager”is will be a dedicated person for a cluster who should be able to manage the overall operation of that particular cluster on a daily basis with his team.Day-to-day operations and an assigned staff within a station or hub,is responsible for ensuring safe and efficient package sortation controls specific day-to-day operations within the station or hub and also Responsible for assigning and managing employees to ensure unrelated to the performance of the work involved. Solar is becoming an increasingly competitive industry and hence requires a mix of strategy, branding, reach and relationships to achieve fast growth.
The Objectives of this role include:
· Community– Implement systems (which is measurable) that result in better performance of the community team
· Operations – Implement new initiatives, policies & processes to improve operational efficiency and create stronger, more engaged Co Working communities and achieve a service rating.
· Sales & Marketing –Conduct/Arrange walk throughs as per Customer journey and co-ordinate with Sales Team.
