Full Job DescriptionResponsibilities: · Attend Phone calls for support request· Understand Client problem on phone and try to solve it using remote support· If Calls cannot be resolved using Remote Support, Visit Client Facility for troubleshooting· LOG call with OEM service center if systems are covered under Warranty· Troubleshoot Network issues· Software Installation and Testing of New Hardware· Keep all Updated software (windows/ MS Office/ Driver/ Tools) ready in hard· Active Directory / Basic Firewall / Backup device configurationQualification for Technical Support Executive: · BSC IT / Diploma or Degree from recognized university· Must have knowledge of Basic Computer Hardware and Networking· Basic Knowledge of Computer Parts· Good Verbal skills· Ability to quickly solve problems· Ready to Travel if required· Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize· Willingness to Learn and growPersonal attributes· Candidate must be confident and Proactive· Self-directed to work without supervision· Preferably from Navi Mumbai or nearby AreaJob Types: Full-time, Walk-InSalary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per monthSchedule:Monday to FridayApplication Question(s):Are you ready to provide Field Support?Are you from Navi Mumbai?Education:Diploma (Preferred)Experience:IT-Support: 1 year (Preferred)Work Remotely:No
