Job Description
To maintain existing dealer network & expand in vacant potential territories
Duties and responsibilities
- Dealer visit and/or farmer visit on regular basics
- Visit dealers to convince & convert to suguna brands
- Conduct Farmer meeting
- Execute Marketing activities as guided by RSM from time to time
- Follow up dealer payments & coordinate with plant A/c to check payment confirmation
Accountability
- To maintain existing sales & increase sales as per budgeted target in proportion to territory potential
Qualifications
- Graduation in any discipline
Experience:
Feed Sales Experience in Competitor Company is a premium
Experience in same territory is essential
Level / grade can be decided as per level & relevance of experience
Working conditions
Around 15 to 18 days of full day market/farm visit
Around 6 to 8 outstation night stay in different locations
Meeting customers at odd hours i.e. early morning / late evenings
Long journeys & erratic work hours
Physical requirements
Long range bike driving with valid driving license plus own bike
Sound health & stamina for outdoor work in all seasons
