Talent Acquisition Specialist – (06 months’ contractual role- maternity cover)
Job Purpose
We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruitment efforts for Sales & Marketing roles in India. Located within our New Delhi office, the Talent Acquisition Specialist recommends and implement sourcing improvement plans. You will also work closely with our Talent Acquisition Consultants and hiring managers to develop strategies to identify and engage candidates across India.
Delivering a great candidate experience, you should be building lasting relationships with potential candidates, providing high level of customer service and securing talent in a growing competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
Align with the Company mission, vision, values and strategy and ensure they are translated into daily actions
As the TA Specialist, you should be the subject matter expert with a proven track record utilizing various sourcing resource
Flexibility to work with changing priorities based on business needs
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage and influence internal and external stakeholder
Ability to work under pressure and delivering under challenging deadlines
Managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Comply with Study Group policies and applicable laws including those in relation, but not limited to: Workplace Health and Safety; Anti-Discrimination and Harassment, Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption and those specifically relevant to the position and authority of the job holder
Geographical Scope
The position is based in New Delhi.
The role will include significant interaction with the Talent Acquisition team in Asia.
Essential Criteria
Fluent in English.
Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
Well-developed organizational skills and demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
Proficiency in a range of computing skills including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, internet and email.
Desirable Criteria
Review candidate applications and/or resumes against required experience, education, and skills.
Conduct initial assessment and interviews with identified talent.
Maintain findings and update candidate database
