• Participate in meetings with the business teams to identify open positions.
• Work with the leadership team and drive a result-oriented recruiting strategy.
• Write & post job descriptions on various hiring platforms.
• Leverage multiple channels to source potential candidates and build a strong pipeline for open roles.
• Hands-on experience in using different sourcing tools like LinkedIn, Naukri, Hirist etc.
• Screen candidates based on the skills, qualifications and experience of the candidates.
• Conduct an initial round of interviews to gauge interest, personality and salary requirements.
• Help candidates with relevant feedback and ensure brand equity is protected.
• Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products.
