Full Job Description
We are looking for an Human Resource Executive to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes.Your duties will involve managing and implementing activities such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and talent management.Manage end to end recruitmentConduct employee onboarding, joining formalities and help organize training & development initiativeEnhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptlyImplement performance management system and organize Semi Annually employee performance reviewsDevelop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.ResponsibilitiesDesign and update job descriptions.Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms).Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.Screen incoming resumes and application forms.Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person).Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language and logical reasoning tests.Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally.Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits.Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire.Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events.Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard.Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systemsProvide counseling on policies and proceduresBe actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring processCreate and implement effective onboarding plansDevelop training and development programsAssist in performance management processesSupport the management of disciplinary and grievance issuesMaintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirementsReview employment and working conditions to ensure legal complianceRequirementsProven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar roleFamiliarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databasesExperience with sourcing techniquesUnderstanding of referral programsSolid verbal and written communication skillsSound judgementAny degree in Human Resources Management, or relevant experience.Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary proceduresProficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plusOutstanding organizational and time-management abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProblem-solving and decision-making aptitudeStrong ethics and reliabilityJob Types: Commission, FresherSalary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per monthBenefits:Cell phone reimbursementCommuter assistanceFlexible scheduleFood allowanceInternet reimbursementPaid sick timePaid time offWork from homeSchedule:Day shiftFlexible shiftMonday to FridayMorning shiftRotational shiftWeekendsSupplemental Pay:Commission payOvertime payPerformance bonusQuarterly bonusShift allowanceYearly bonusEducation:Bachelor’s (Required)Experience:total work: 1 year (Required)Language:English (Required)Hindi (Required)Marathi (Required)Shift availability:Day Shift (Required)Night Shift (Required)Overnight Shift (Required)Work Remotely:YesSpeak with the employer+91 +917707909733
