Answer reservation calls/ emails and convert each enquiry from our website or other portals into bookings
Work independently and follow-up with each potential guest until the sale is made
Provide guest with accurate information regarding the location, amenities and other aspects of the homes we rent and upsell
Negotiate with guests and travel agents
Manage Online Travel Agencies – Airbnb, Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, Agoda, etc. Regularly update all the information regarding our homes on the portals and reply to enquires in timely manner.
Design and execute a marketing strategy to maximize the occupancy rate of our properties.
Design a pricing strategy for each property and update it on a regular basis
Diligently collect all guests requirements & coordinate with each Guest Relationship Manager to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction
Handling team members and ing
Additionally, you might be required to help to the general running of rental operations
Desired Candidate Profile:
Experience of 2-4yrs in a reservation or sales role (Hospitality Industry)
Perfect English (written and spoken) and good master of Hindi
Strong communication skills
Ability to handle difficult guest interactions/ complaints
Comfortable with numbers, ability to quickly calculate the value delivered by various rental price points and tax implications
