Full Job DescriptionGlobal IT procurement for hardware and software.
Update users and tickets with order and delivery status.
Chase suppliers and hold regular review meetings to source hardware and software in a timely manner.
Leverage the software asset management solution (Snow) for managing license compliance.
Track global IT procurement metrics through KPI/TTI measures and suggest areas for improvement.
Actively participate in team meetings and suggest opportunities for continual improvement.
Develop and maintain both technical and customer documentation for standards, processes and procedures
Strong customer service skills with a passion to exceed customer expectations.
A general understanding of IT procurement processes and vendor management.
An understanding of IT licensing, ideally but not essential experience with Snow software asset management software.
Analyze situations, evaluate alternatives, and implement solutions within standards (where applicable).
Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
