Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Specialist located in Mumbai. The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, resolving technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They will also leverage their analytical skills to identify patterns and trends in customer feedback.
