Full Job Description
The candidate will be responsible for owning the Teams overall architecture and design of complex solution components (e.g., integration, security, custom development). The candidate must demonstrate strong leadership skills in all stages of the development life cycle .
Responsibilities include:
Leading and managing the Sales Enablement team in India
Partnering with local and global teams for effective implementation of global functional as well as broader firm level priorities
Proven experience with enterprise-level systems development and integrations, preferably supporting critical systems within a large, multi-business unit company
Assesses new functionality/ enhancements/requirements to include third party software and other products for both ability to meet business needs and consistency with enterprise architecture/infrastructure
Be accountable for the creation and evolution of the overall application architecture strategy, its alignment with the Enterprise Architecture and its usage patterns within the development community
Mentor leaders within the Sales Enablement Tools and the Business Analytics teams; identify areas for visibility and promotion
Assists other developers in learning new functionality, products
Help define and enforce best practices/standards supporting the platform adoption and full application lifecycle (design, development, change control, UAT, deployment and support)
Work closely with business and IT leaders to drive innovative solutions (including out of box solutions) to complex business needs
Develop, maintain, and communicate standards around design leadership, documentation, and stakeholder communication in line with enterprise standards
Work in a fast paced, deadline focused, dynamic environment, running at high scale in offices worldwide, 24×7
Providing timely management updates to senior leadership including SLA updates, global reviews and monthly management metrics
Participate and drive local and global firm initiatives like Risk awareness, Training & Development, Productivity initiatives, People development and similar
Qualifications:
Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
Superior Salesforce development skills, including Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, REST, APIs, SOQL, Javascript, CSS, and HTML.
Data Model skills
Well versed in the Agile and waterfall approach
Ability to manage complex projects
Have Strong communication skills verbally and in writing
Professional Experience:
Minimum 10+ yrs Salesforce experience
Minimum 5 to 7 years of leadership and management
Salesforce Advanced Developer and Platform Developer I/II certifications required
Experience in Financial Services or Technology preferred
Exposure to industry tools like Marketo, Tableau, Seismic would be beneficial
