Key Responsibilities
Own all global resourcing planning activities including; Weekly and Monthly program-level reporting of metrics, status, financials, issues, risks, decisions. Utilising PPM software to develop and establish insightful dashboards and management reporting
Create and analyse portfolio reporting across Time, Cost and Quality measures and KPIs; act as first level of data analysis on this and provide recommendations on how to act
Work with Global leads on oversight of resource capacity planning in line with client and project demand to support and maintain resource plans across an agile environment
Support all Global Data GX consultants and local hiring processes
Work with HR team to track progress with hiring FTE and report it on weekly basis globally
Maintain and report on organizational resource structure including headcount plans
Regular review and QA of project finances to highlight any funding issues in a timely manner
Coordination and management of partner relationships from a compliance and contracting aspect
Actively provide IT Project Management office services to global Data Services team
Qualifications:
5+ years senior-level project / program management experience
Experience managing and reporting expense and head count. With strong resource management awareness.
Proven experience in providing service to internal stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes
Demonstrated capability for problem solving, decision making, sound judgment, assertiveness
Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as excellent presentation skills with ability to conduct presentations comfortably to large groups
Strong organizational, relationship building and interpersonal skills
Advanced experience with MS Office tool suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
Previous experience of Clarity PPM software
