Full Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Building a watertight process flow for building talent pipeline by working closely with the Content lead / Talent Management Head, Programming and production teams & servicing business requirement as per need
Primary responsibility of Sourcing new Anchors / Presenters / Reporters across languages.
Networking with modelling agencies/talent agencies/ Digital influencers/ Production houses to ensure new and upcoming anchors/presenters are sourced and auditioned. Having an understanding / sources in regional markets especially Telugu, Tamil, Kannada to source regional talents would be an additional advantage
Follow legal formalities and a strict compliance protocol while dealing with Talent and external bodies
Liaising with internal and external bodies and partners for identifying & mapping of talent for all sports needs
Ensuring Commercial negotiations & Backend knowledge with regards to paperwork on contracts, invoicing etc which involves liaising with multiple internal / external stakeholders as well
Designing / developing an anchor workshop module / training programme
PERFORMANCE MEASURES
Deliver end to end business operations with high ownership, detail orientation
QUALIFICATION
Graduate/Post Graduate from any stream with 5+ years of experience in a related field (talent management agency / Entertainment Production house etc).
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Strong verbal & written communication skills
Effective interpersonal skills
Familiarity with contracts
