Key Responsibilities:
Setting up & automating all User Lifecycle Journeys across the international markets US/CA/UK
Early Lifecycle Journeys for Monthly & Annual users respectively
Reacquisition Journeys
Churn Prevention Journeys
Upgrade Journeys (monthly to annual)
Build all real time and triggered based automated campaigns (Lifecycle journeys, drive new content engagement, Identifying and fixing user funnel drop offs) Partnerships (US/CA/UK)
Work closely with Partnerships team to curate offers that are scalable via CRM channels
Own all CRM partner offer led campaigns to drive Engagement / Retention & measurement of the same.
CRM Campaigns (US/CA/UK)
Run targeted CRM campaigns to drive user viewership on new content launches (Hotstar Specials / New movies)
Lead Nurture Campaigns to improve subscription conversions
Support the Loyalty Campaign execution and measurement
Upgrade (monthly to annual)
Perform experiments with different user segments and value propositions to decipher which segment is most susceptible to a yearly upgrade
Automate the Upgrade journey for UK, US and CA
Run Re-engagement campaigns for active but low engaged or dormant users
Campaign measurement and tracking
Track, measure and analyze campaign performance & continuously optimize them.
Document the learnings and present as team share
Experiment with new cohorts and messaging and analyze impact.
Collaboratively work with marketing, product, business and analytics teams.
Set up a Creative briefing process to tailor the best communications for the users Customer behavior analysis
Work closely with Data & Insights team in ensuring that every quarter we have newly generated insights on each customer segment to optimize & tailor the CRM communications
CRM Campaigns (AVOD to SVOD)
Study consumption behavior to identify user segments with high propensity to become paid subscribers and understand what it takes to move a user with low intent into a high intent segment. (AVOD to SVOD)
Identify & optimize the best communication at the best time using the best channel to nudge a user towards conversion. (AVOD to SVOD)
New Launch Markets
Support the CRM launch across different countries
Scale the new markets by enabling custom journeys
Key competencies required:
At least 3 to 5 years of experience in running Push Notifications, Emails, SMS campaigns
Experience in creating and setting up complex user journeys
Experience in analyzing user behavior data and deriving actionable insights
Hands-on using analytics tools and analyzing large data-sets in excel.
Experience with any of the marketing platforms: CleverTap, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Netcore, Journey Builder or similar CRM automation platforms
Knowledge of SQL is a plus
Ability to analyze and decipher actionable from data sets
A least 1 year of marketing experience – partnerships, brand & digital
Experience of running CRM campaigns for international markets is a plus
High sense of ownership, curiosity to learn & great stakeholder management skills
Ability to thrive & adapt to an ambiguous environment
