The Role Responsibilities
Business
Provide 24 x 7 support for Business critical production systems as necessary to pro actively protect the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of information of the company.
Processes
Good understanding of support process ITIL standards
Good understanding of production support process standards
Provide support to users from across the globe for various critical applications and platforms, troubleshooting authorization issues, responding to support requests & researching user issues.
People and Talent
Work effectively in a team environment
Other Responsibilities
Good understanding of Development toolkits
Good exp in system systems integration/interfaces w.r.t. Online and Batch processing
Our Ideal Candidate
Candidate should have minimum 8 year of experience in Production support role and have to work on rotational Shift/Weekend as per business need.
Provide 24 x 7 support for production systems as necessary to pro actively protect the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of information of the company.
Software Config Management experience
Good understanding of Development toolkits
Good exp in system systems integration/interfaces wrt Online and Batch processing
Good understanding of support process standards
Good understanding of production support process standards
Provide support to users from across the globe for various critical applications and platforms, troubleshooting authorization issues, responding to support requests & researching user issues.
