The Role Responsibilities & Our Ideal Candidate
Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience with hands on Support for Project/ Software deployments and Functional-Banking process Knowledge- Retail
Responsible for providing consulting services to clients through a team.
Identify and provide innovative improvements of products/services.
Bring to the attention of management any problems and solutions or potential problems.
Work with management in setting company standards for issues. Work directly with support team in directing and coordinating business unit level user support.
Provide project support for projects.
Prepare business requirements for all development related to specific system.
Excellent knowledge of a chosen area/function (Retail). (Banking/ Process/Regulations)
Understand user requirements and build solution architecture and be able to break it into high level & low-level solution/design
Responsible for meeting delivery schedules on the functional side of the project & ensuring the delivered solution meets the customer needs keeping in mind the functional specifications.
Co-ordinate with the teams to resolve issues (thru clarification, data fixes and program fixes following required process) in development & test environments
Support production rollouts and change implementations followed by successful UVT
Be part of the daily scrum meetings and track tasks via JIRA
Provide accurate and detailed weekly task reports
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Contribute ideas and suggestions for Product enhancements
Contribute towards documentation and Learning materials

Qualification
Functional Knowledge of Retail
Appreciation of workflows systems
Appreciation of Integration and Interfaces
Knowledge of the process during Testing phases
Exposure to working in Agile environment
