Developing and executing Marketing/Sales strategy for the Component (Metal – Mechanical) to achieve defined business goals

Work closely with the Internal team to ensure that Marketing/Sale Strategies are aligned properly

Lead marketing initiatives to ensure proper strategy is in place to meet company and customer expectations in timely manner

Receipt of RFQ / Entering in the Data base / Discussion with the customer

Costing of the RFQ- Approval of Internal Costing Sheet/ Preparation of offer

Safe and Storage and handling of sensitive data

Negotiations with Customers on Quote

Understanding of customer needs / Internal – Department discussions / Project discussions Engineering / Finance / Production / Procurement

Coordination with New Product Development

Interacting with internal external stakeholders to ensure execution as per the defined guidelines

Desired Candidate Profile:

MBA Marketing/Sales (technical knowledge is advantage) with 2 years of experience in handling Sales / Marketing in Mechanical industry/products

Excellent knowledge of Marketing, Consumer buying behaviour and business development

Strong capabilities in coordinating, negotiating, project management and execution

Should possess a dynamic and professional approach with extensive operational experience

Energetic, versatile and a creative problem-solver

Talented, Flexible individual with ability to multitask, to exercise initiative, and work effectively under pressure, paying strong attention to detail

Effective communications, presentation, interpersonal supervisory customer relations skills

Expertise on MS Office, Word, Power Point and Excel. The ability to work in collaboration with multiple stakeholders (Internal & External)

Willing to accept responsibilities take initiatives. Willing to travel extensively and intensively, attend trade shows

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per month
