Position: Operations Associate

Job location: Noida

Desired Experience: 0.5 – 2 Years

Education: Any Graduate

Salary: INR 3 – 3.8 LPA (fixed + variable component) & should be comfortable with rotational night shift 5 days working

Timings: Day Shift

Roles and Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance: Support operations team to ensure seamless reviewal and verification of calls made by call agents
Managing Customer CRM: Updating tasks and notes on the customers CRM basis calls made by call agents
Workflow Design: Build and manage multiple client outreach campaigns for US clients, on our platform
Analytical Decision Making: Tracking all SLAs for the project as well all metrics of the system

Job Requirements:
– Excellent verbal & written communication skills;
– Exceptional listening and attention to detail skills;
– Highly process oriented;
– Ability to multitask and successfully operate in a fast-paced, team environment;
– Must be proficient with Microsoft Office
– Logistics
