We are currently seeking goal-oriented and driven Sales Representatives to join our product sales team. As a Sales Representative, you will close quality sales, ensuring a positive customer experience by educating B2B customers on the features and benefits of our SAAS products. You will be responsible for driving sales through inbound lead closure and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. The person is responsible for business development and new acquisition revenue for our B2B products EngageWith and Trivia.
This job requires a mandatory technical sales background with good communication skills and the ability to converse with International clients.
Note – The job is for night shift as per US time zone (8pm to 5am IST)

What Does a B2B Sales Representative Do?
B2B sales representatives sell products and its related services directly to other businesses. They may work for a variety of different companies, but they all have one thing in common: they’re selling to a specific type of customer with very particular needs and demands. As a result, B2B sales reps must be able to adapt their approach based on the situation at hand. They might need to provide detailed information about their product or service to prospective leads/existing customers.
To work in B2B sales, sales reps need to have skills in three areas. For one, they should know how business-to-business sales and marketing work. Next, they are required to have technical knowledge and expertise in the industry (for this role we need experience in the HR tech industry). Finally, advanced communication skills are a must as social interactions are implied in B2B sales.

Ability to connect with the key stakeholders, leadership team of the potential clients/existing customers (Head HRs, HRBP, CTO, CEO, Chief of staff etc).
