Responsible for the development, implementation, administration and budgeting of company initiatives in one or more of the following areas: employment, compensation, benefits, HR operations, employee relations, diversity, immigration and organizational development Manages a professional staff.
Guide managers and employees on HR best practices and events.
Develop and introducing initiatives (e.g., benefit programs, manpower planning, Compensation, administrative change, performance management, and training assessment).
Ensuring staffing needs are met in accord with constitutional provisions.
Act as a strategic business partner, transformation manager.
Manager employee relations issues and maintaining code of conduct in line with corporate ethics and values.
A minimum of 6 years experience in HR, with an astute personality.
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the Business HR field is required for this position.
Efficient HR administration and people management skills, Change Management experience.
Transformation Experience, Strong decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Exposure to Employee Relations, Employee Engagement and Diversity and Inclusion areas.
Strong business acumen skills and should have liaised with business leadership.
Candidates must possess at least Bachelor’s/College
