Who you are:
SWZD is looking for a skilled communicator to develop and lead our B2B Sales Proposal strategy. The individual in this role will work with our sales team to create proposals that demonstrate the return of investment of our products and solutions. This person will work closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Contracts, Product management, and company leadership to improve win rates and standardize a winning approach. The ideal candidate should have experience working lead generation and content development solutions.
What you’ll do:
Work closely with our sales team to build product proposals. Help sales individuals in representing data from across other areas of the organization. Gather and develop best practices for the sales team to leverage in their proposal creation.
What will be your responsibilities?
Develop and execute an RFP strategy for SWZD
Reviews, responds, and collate sales proposal documentation requests
Set team goals, with input from key stakeholders, to increase win rates and achieve Sales Proposal process efficiencies
Coach sales team members on written proposals and winning proposal strategies
Regularly interact with product management on program updates and metrics
Manage technology specific to the proposal process.
Work cross-functionally to drive visibility and collaboration for process improvement
What does it take to do this job?
2-3 years of experience and or training in project management across a cross functional, remote team
Previous experience writing proposals in a sales environment
Excellent writing, grammar, and spelling ability.
Excellent presentation and written/oral communication skills.
Exceptional English-language writing and editing skills.
Exception skills in visualizing and communicating product metrics in tables, spreadsheets and formulas
Expert skills with Google Suite
