Job Responsibilty
Be responsible for day-to-day social media management and performance of client accounts, requiring interaction with both internal and external stakeholders. * Understand client goals, create and execute strategies to exceed the defined goals. * Ability in leading digital marketing efforts aimed at creating brand awareness, generating sales leads, measuring online user engagement and acquiring customers. * Manage Social media accounts like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube etc. of the company and its clients. * Proficient in developing online marketing campaigns using social media (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) and tracking user engagement/sentiment by analysing key KPIs and metrics. * Provide strategic insights on the landing page, ad creative, etc. for clients. * Regularly liaise with clients via telephone, email, conference calls or face-to-face. * Serve as social platform subject matter expert – to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends and working with teams to implement findings into strategies quickly and efficiently. * Ability to master multiple stylistic modalities of writing, from the conversational and informal, to writing in our client’s brand voice and drafting official documents. * Draft meticulous platform/project specific strategy plans for Promotion, Engagement and Conversion, identifying goals and KPIs & measuring and analysing the ROI. * Monitor SEO, Web traffic and other relevant metrics using Google Analytics and similar tools and report on performance on social media platforms using various tools. * Should have working knowledge and experience in SEO and SEM. * Be responsible for all regular (and ad hoc) reporting and analysis of social media advertising activity providing crucial insights into further sales and marketing opportunities, and effectively communicating this to the client. * Work with the internal social media marketing, creative and copy team on multiple brands. * Regularly produce marketing content to drive leads and subscribers – including content for Social media, blogs, articles. Use SEO best practices. * Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts/messages and developing discussions. Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.
