Job Grade (for internal candidates): 10
Location: Islamabad, Pakistan
Job Summary: Support the project management and communication efforts for MI Commercial, to further strengthen our philosophy for facilitating a One Team culture.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Support the Strategic Program Lead and team members to help execute key initiatives for MI and Commercial organizations
Partner with internal functional areas such as Global Brand, Marketing and Communications to support a wide range of culture, communication and change management initiatives
Create and collect content, develop and promote Commercial’s Monthly Newsletter with key messages
Monitor, manage, and respond to messages received via Commercial Communications Inbox
Create and manage a monthly Commercial Communications calendar, to ensure that key dates are recorded and updated in real time for team
Coordinate and manage logistics for Town Hall Meetings, Roundtable Meetings and other key events for Senior Leadership, as needed
Prepare monthly Huddle Decks for the Commercial audience
Manage, monitor and send communications via Bananatag
Design PowerPoint presentations to support Commercial leadership presentations
Manage and curate an impactful MI Commercial presence on S&P intranet (Hub > Sphere)

Exceptional project management, organization and communication skills
Effective stakeholder management, employee engagement and collaboration skills
Clear and concise writing and editorial skills, including preparing content for different communication channels and audience-levels
Highly responsive to team requests and flexibility to take on new assignments as required
Ability to focus on fine details and complete tasks accurately with minimal supervision
Prior Experience / Qualifications:
Prior successful project management and communications experience
Experience working with project management tools and software to maintain projects and stakeholder deliverables’
Advanced experience with MS office products
Solid ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders, project initiatives and deadlines
Prior experience with both traditional and new media platforms
Candidates should be dynamic, flexible, and comfortable working in a fast paced and constantly changing environment
Project Management Professional certification a plus
