Roles and ResponsibilitiesThe role is divided as 50% Generalist and Operations + 50% IT Recruitment. Following shall be the key responsibilities:1. HR Generalist and Operations:Support in Policy and Process Formulation and their implementationDrive end to end Performance AppraisalEmployee Engagement, Employee Relations and Grievance HandlingAttrition Management and RetentionCompensation Benchmarking and Salary StructureRewards and Recognition, Experience on HRMSSupport Statutory compliances such as PF, ESI, Insurance Policies, Gratuity, Medical cover for the employeesLeaves, Attendance, Absence and Time Management of EmployeesReports and Dashboard2. IT Recruitment:Planning Recruitment Activities to close the open positions.Candidate Search, Shortlisting, Screening for IT Skills (majorly focusing on JAVA and Microsoft Skills / Technologies)Coordinate and Schedule Interviews, maintaining the Resume DatabaseOn-boarding of the Candidates, Induction and OrientationDesired Candidate ProfileThe candidate should have following skills, experience, and fitment to succeed in this role:MBA / PGD in HR5+ Years of work experience with an Logistic or Manufacturing CompanyExcellent Communication Skills and Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeImmediate Availability to joinLiving in NCR preferably in GurugramJob Types: Full-time, Walk-InSalary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per monthSchedule:Morning shiftEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Payroll: 5 years (Preferred)HR: 5 years (Preferred)total work: 5 years (Preferred)License/Certification:Professional in Human Resources® (Preferred)
