The role:
Responsible for the development and drive implementation/integration of ServiceNow Product & Integration with other systems
Responsible for creation and maintain the current state of the ServiceNow platform technical documentation and provide the technical control.
Lead ServiceNow upgrades planning and execution.
Participate in the configuration of new applications or suites during planning, development, and rollout phases.
Contribute to the strategic development of new platform customizations, as needed, based on customer needs.
Participate in the design, development, and implementation of enhancements of ServiceNow instances.
Design, develop, re-factor, optimize, and enhance ServiceNow application software utilizing Java Scripting, HTML, CSS, XML, Apache Jelly and other protocols to deliver solutions that automate and audit business processes.
Collaboratively work with Agile/Scrum teams to develop and implement designed solutions to fulfill business requirements and test, analyze, collaborate and assist with translating those business requirements into technical requirements to ensure a smooth implementation of new enhancements, applications, modules or integrations of new services with other platforms.
Proactively and continuously evaluate and address issues related to performance, stability, scalability, and extensibility of the systems.
Write and maintain the application software code that conforms to best practices for collaborative design and implementation.
Participate in process flow analysis and process redesign along with the Project.
Working knowledge of web applications, networks, protocols and email
Build out and standardize our code management procedures related to our ServiceNow implementation
Provide ServiceNow data, reporting, and analytics in support of business operations and metrics
What we need to see from you:
6+ years of total industry experience with 3+ years working with the ServiceNow platform in an Technical Consultant capacity and enterprise-wide, multi-tier ServiceNow production environment
Hands-on experience with software development and system administration
Understanding of Service Management processes
Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow components including as Service Catalog, Change/Incident/Problem Management, Asset Management, CMDB, Knowledge, Agent Workspace, etc.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow best practices and ongoing knowledge of latest ServiceNow features
Experience creating ServiceNow update sets, promoting and testing through multiple instances and into production
ServiceNow Technologies (Java Scripting, XML, Apache Jelly, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, etc.), Web services (SOAP and RESTful), and Web communication protocols.
Proficient with rapid development methodology (Agile/Scrum)
Solid understanding of the application development lifecycle process, including requirement analysis, quality assurance, design, scheduling, implementation, issue tracking, version control release management and deployment.
Excellent Skill on IPC, ITBM, Chat Bot, Mobile App, Flow Designers and CSDM 3.0 frame work.
Should have good knowledge on Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping, Asset Management, Event Management, CSM, PA, Integrations, AI & ML (Predictive Intelligence )
Implement complex ServiceNow solutions in all applications/modules such as ITSM, ITOM, SAM, HAM, ITBM, Service Portal, Security Operations, GRC and CSM.
Hands on experience on Soap/Rest Webservices with third party tools
Knowledge on Vulnerability management and Monitoring tools
Minimum of 2 years’ experience with JavaScript
Good understanding knowledge on ITSM modules
Should have hands on experience on end to end scripting.
Should have worked on Agile Methodologies,
Should have good understanding on ITIL standards
