The role:
As the Consultant – Cloud Managed Services you will provide 24×7 deep technical troubleshooting for escalated issue that involve our customers most technically complex or sensitive support situations.
Manage and direct the technical efforts and results of a team of Associates and Associate Consultants.
Work with the team to lead problem resolutions requiring extensive analysis, troubleshooting and escalation to application vendors as necessary.
Develop the team through quality reviews of tickets and customer interactions across the Cloud Managed Services channels of communication.
Respond and analyze complex inquiries of technical and functional nature not in routine and require deviation from standard procedures
Engineer and investigate both platform and product issues
What we need to see from you:
6 – 9yrs yrs of Experience into Cloud Support handling Azure as primary domain
Should be able to handle all technical and process issues as first line of defense
Follow process guidelines while interacting with customer and handling technical issues
Follow quality / security process defined for the engagement
Take corrective actions based on the customer satisfaction surveys
Work in line with service improvement programs
Good Understanding of MS Azure Services (IAAS with PowerShell), Azure VM Creation/Deletion/Modification, Azure Subscriptions, Azure Clustering & high Availability, monitoring of Azure Services, Azure Storage & network connectivity with On-Premises infra, Azure Administration Tasks & Troubleshooting on Azure Service, virtualization management and configuration
Knowledge of Lift and Shift Migration, High availability, Hybrid, Backup & DR tool and infrastructure design & Implementation
Ability to create and update operational procedures (issues resolution, requests, administration procedures)
Implement & monitor ITIL process & Security tools
Understanding and ability to promptly diagnose and related problems and failures.
Ability to work well independently as well as in team.
University graduate, preferably with an Engineering degree in Electronics and Telecommunications or Information Technology
Previous role within the relevant practice area in a Managed Service capacity
