The role:
Working in a team environment, the Associate/Associate Consultant- SAM is responsible for managing customer’s licenses. The Associate Consultant- SAM will assist customers in understanding and controlling their software licensing entitlement, avoiding legal pitfalls related to licensing by leveraging industry best practices while expanding SoftwareONE’s licensing opportunities and building more-profitable, long term relationships with our customers
Perform reconciliation analysis for Microsoft deployments
Provide SAM Analysis & Recommendations
Creating Compliance Reports for the customers
Serving as the Single Point of Contact for subsidiaries in delivery of GSDC services
Leading the execution of projects by managing tasks executed by supporting team members and yourself
Execution of individual tasks on projects based on the guidance provided by the TL’s
Accurate Completion & submission of the Quality Checklist for each task
Ensuring 100% process adherence and delivery within the defined SLA
Participation in domain mentorship programs
Perform Quality reviews and create coaching plans for team
Working on stretegic service improvement
What we need to see from you:
Minimum experience of 2-4 years in Microsoft licensing or compliance
Flexibility to work in shifts
Knowledge of SAM tools i.e. MAP, Movere, Snow, Flexera will be prefered
Good learning agility
Strong Methodical skills
Strong Analytical skills
Strong presentation skills
Quality oriented personality
Ability to manage Customer interactions effectively
Active management & allocation of tasks & task type to ensure balanced workload distribution across the project team
Excellent written/verbal communication skills
Bachelors degree in any field
Basic understanding of Assest management
Intermediate understanding of ITIL framework
