Job Title : Asst Branch Manager-Sales Operations
CTC : upto 50k pm
Age Limit: 28- 45
Exp: 4 – 9 years
Job Description –
Branch Operations & Administration
To ensure smooth financial and required document process (Billing/DAF
Collection / KYC updation) as per the guidelines
To check Cash Management of Branch Sales (Collection & Deposit in Bank, CMS)
To help in Planning & Organizing for events (Champions day/ Be-Gorgeous day/
Product launch), Booking of in-house Meeting hall /Hall Booking for VAF
Regular Check & to ensure the Fixed assets of branch are in proper order
To Ensure Branch hygiene to be maintained as per guidelines ( Notice board to
be updated regularly, Ensuring proper product display, Dress code to be
adhered by all employees)
To Ensure Statutory compliances has to be adhered as per govt. Guidelines
To Ensure the guidelines &; policies related to employees has to be
adhered at Branch Level completely.
Inventory & Logistics
To assist in Physical Stock auditing, balancing & reconciliation.
To Ensure timely Dispatch of products
To check Orders- daily/ as required & tracking of the same Post 24-48 HRS
Stock adjustment & coordination with H.O for Stock Requirement
To ensure Administration & Maintenance of Warehouse operations in the
absence of Branch Manager (Proper Stacking-FIFO, Material segregation-
Product wise, Record Maintenance- Courier bills etc.)
Customer Delight
All Complaints must be resolved ASAP & to inform the Requester about the
tentative timeline to resolve the issue
To Handle the queries received over phone By Distributors/DCC/MINI DLCP
To Ensure the company policy and systems should be communicated properly &
Understandable by the requestor
s & Updation:-
To ensure daily submission of the DBR to Accounts
Shipping details to be sent to HO – Monthly & Monthly Expenses details should
be shared as per the guidelines
To maintain Weekly complaint Register and it has to be submitted in HO.

Technical/Functional Competencies:
Should be well versed with MS Office suite (MS Word, PowerPoint & excel)
Comfortable dealing with numbers and the processing of financial information
Should possess a presentable personality and good command over
English/Hindi language
Good Administrative & people Management skills.
Should hold and manifest a sharp image of the company
