Full Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Handling employee queries related to payroll, tax and all other HR operation queries.
Insurance renewal coordination and negotiation
Managing and liaising with labour compliance team for details to be shared on monthly and quarterly basis
Leave, attendance management
Interacts with statutory vendors, payroll vendor for providing inputs related to the respective areas.
Vendor and PO related queries and letter generation
Liaising with HR for new joinee laptop coordination, BGV, employee documentation,
Employee id creation
Provides inputs for payroll processing of the employees
Probation confirmation tracking, offer letter
Initiate and monitor professional reference checks for prospective candidates;
Draft offer letter/contract for accepted candidates for the Talent Acquisition Specialist to approve;
Send, monitor completion, and compile new hire documents for personnel files; Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
Provides clerical support to the HR department.
Conducts or assists with new hire orientation.
Assists with planning and execution of special events such as benefits enrollment, organization-wide meetings, employee recognition events, holiday parties, and share work anniversaries, celebrations email.
Maintain schedule and coordinate calendar activities
Assist recruiters in posting job ads on careers pages and processing received resumes
POSH compliance
Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
2 years of Prior work experience in HR Operations in IT service industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn payroll management, human resource information system (HRIS), and similar computer applications.
ears of Prior work experience in HR Operations in IT service industry.
Education and Experience:
Associates degree in related field required.
Prior related office experience preferred.
