Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Food and Beverage Supervisor at Sodexo, located in Surat. The Food and Beverage Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of food service, ensuring service standards are met, and providing excellent customer service to clients and guests.

Qualifications

• Supervisory Skills and Food Service experience
• Excellent Service Standards and Customer Service skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Ability to manage and motivate a team
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
• Proficiency in MS Office and restaurant management software
• Minimum high school diploma or GED required, Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
• Certification in food service management or a related field is a plus.
