Full Job Description
Should have good knowledge on Investment Banking or Commodities or OTC Derivatives (at least familiar on one scope – either front or middle to back office) and proven hands on experience.
Ready to work either in Asia Pacific or Europe time zones
Should be aware of DevOps tools and adapt to the model.
Knowledge of Java or Dot Net programming.
Guarantee a high level of service & quality by industrializing the different processes and participating to the local and global projects and by communicating about it.
Make available the knowledge of the local activity by promoting and updating specific documentation
Identify improvement axis and lead the automation of manual checks/tasks
Propose transformation of existing processes both for the business or our production services activities
Good understanding of ITIL framework (preferably certified).
Profile required
Overall Experience: 3+ years (Application Support, Maintenance & Enhancement)
The candidate should be excellent in SQL ( Oracle PL SQL,TSQL in case of Sybase ASE Microsoft SQL Server,). Candidate should have already performed role of L3 Support. Preferable, if he/she is from DEV background
Should have strong L2/L3 support experience and good analytical skills.
Hands-on experience in Unix shell scripting & PL/SQL programming.
