Full Job DescriptionResponsibilities
As an application Support Analyst, you will support the users of the Investment Banking Division on Regulatory platform . Among the ongoing day-to-day support of the Regulatory topics , your main responsibilities will be to:
Ensure the continuity of the business by a strong relationship with the business users and external regulatorsGuarantee a high level of service & quality by industrializing the different processes and participating to the local and global projects and by communicating about it.Should have good exposure on OTC and different kind of regulations like EMIR , DFA , MIFID etc.Preferred to have knowledge on different taxation like FTT,FATCA , VOLCKER etc .Make available the knowledge of the local activity by promoting and updating specific documentationTake part to transversal initiatives across the business lineIdentify improvement axis and lead the automation of manual tasksPropose transformation of existing processes both for the business or our production services activities
Profile required
Must have (at least 3 -5 years) L1, L2 Application Support Experience
Should have solid knowledge on Investment Banking – especially on Regulatory & Compliance perimeter) and proven hands on experience
Should have worked on DevOps model and good exposure to agile methodologies.
Preferred to have team handling experience.
Solid exposure on writing SQL queries.
Ready to work either in Asia Pacific or Europe time zones
Self Starter, Believe in Team work, Take Ownership & Responsibility
Able to demonstrate the experience on automation of manual tasks and checks (preferable)
Preferred to have good understanding on scripting language like Python , Shell
ITIL Foundation V3 Certification (preferable)
