Within Trade Support Unit of the Operations Department, the Trade Capture team oversees the
recording of the transactions in the information systems, under delegation of the Front-office.
This position handles primary duties including but not limited to Trade Capture function in middle
office operations. In this context, and in close relation with the Front-office and all the support
functions (Middle Office, Back Office, Risk Division, Finance department, IT Division…), you will be
in charge of the following missions:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Booking and Amendments of the vanilla or exotic deals and negotiated events in the information
system, under delegation of the Front Office,
Quality and exhaustiveness control
Analysis and amendments of the breaks raised by the Control teams, Back office teams and the
other stakeholders (such as ROCS QTY).
Coordination between the Front Office and all the support functions of requests for information
and the problem resolutions
Understand the Function’s ambitions – Trasfer booking to FO, Reduce Rework and Increase
Automation and work accordingly towards their accomplishment.
Develop good knowledge on Derivative products and good understanding on Operational Risk.
Contribute to produce of the indicators of risk (KRI) or performance (KPI) of the activity of the
Team.
Report and escalate Client Incidents; Know your Key clients and always demonstrate good client
focus
Contribute towards CI Practices by Attending WB, Cross trainings and challenging the status quo.
Understand OR in your respective scope and ensure KRI’s or anomalies are reported / escalated in a
timely manner and daily checks are tracked via Task tracker / Morse
Demonstrate Flexibility to support for Extended business hours whenever there is business
requirement.
Contribution towards various initiatives driven globally and locally in SGGSC aimed at Time saves
and FTE saves.
Demonstrate behavioral qualities like ownership and commitment towards the process and work
towards achievement of organizational goals.
Ensure 100% accuracy and quality is maintained.
