SUMMARY OF POSITION
The Technical Recruiter will identify, recruit, screen, and present good candidates for technology positions, collaborating with hiring managers to set realistic technical requirements.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Manage full-cycle recruiting process with a heavy emphasis on sourcing technical talent
Source and attract top talent in a highly competitive market to achieve strategic hiring goals
Report on key recruiting metrics and provide data-driven and actionable insights
Assists with the development and revision of specifications and job descriptions for selected positions.
Build strong, diverse pipelines of quality talent for various positions across all departments.
Design and facilitate the interview and recruiting discussions with interviewers and hiring managers.
Build and maintain candidate pipeline using innovative methods and sourcing tools to meet hiring goals
Ability to understand relevant tech skills, target companies, conferences, open-source communities
Discuss candidates you have screened with hiring teams and recommend top candidates for interviews
Ensure that candidate tracking is up to date and compliant in our ATS (JazzHR)
Engage passive candidates and understand their underlying motivations, while providing detailed information on the position requirements and company mission
Provide insight and guidance to company leadership around strategic hiring plans and organizational structure
Will be a true partner to all our hiring managers and interviewers in creating the best candidate experience
Guide the offer process including closing candidates
Prioritize building a diverse team at every step of the recruiting process, ensuring our top-of-funnel efforts and interviews provide candidates of all backgrounds with equal, unbiased consideration and opportunity.
Develop and execute hiring technical recruiting strategy
Act as an internal and external-facing representative of the Social27 HR team
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
A track record for successfully identifying exceptional candidates
Experience managing pipelines and multiple levels of hire from early career professionals to senior engineering management
Experience building and/or scaling recruiting processes and infrastructure
The desire and appreciation for feedback, as part of the effort to improve as a recruiter and strategic business partner
Client-focused and committed to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships, continually seek new sourcing avenues, and develop creative approaches to delivering candidates to the customer.
Experience hiring for highly specialized technical roles
Experience managing an applicant tracking system.
Experience sourcing passive technical candidates in various remote locations.
Strong business acumen and ability to pick up concepts quickly
Able to influence and negotiate diplomatically across a range of stakeholders
Strong sourcing and research experience
The proven ability to navigate ambiguity and solve complex problems

EDUCATION
BS in Human Resources Management or equivalent experience and training preferred
EXPERIENCE
3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment across all levels
2+ years of sourcing experience at a start-up
Familiarity with JazzHR is a plus
